G7 Nardo Grey Carbon Cleaning Machine
The G7 is our flagship, business-focused carbon cleaning system—chosen by professionals who want the same quality on the hundredth clean as on the first. Built like a workhorse, it delivers session after session without performance drop-off, helping you keep customers happy and build a loyal client base.
⚡ Power & Purity in a Compact Footprint
Matching the G6 for size but surpassing it for output, the G7 produces a higher volume of hydrogen with greater purity. The gain comes from a redesigned tank cell structure working with an uprated, self-regulating power board that keeps current delivery stable under load. Output is clean and repeatable, suitable for engines up to 20,000cc—from everyday vehicles to large-capacity applications.
🛡️ Engineered for Reliability & Safety
Inside, the G7 uses state-of-the-art, custom-built internals. High-voltage circuit boards are specified for professional duty, while German-made pressure vessels house robust wet cells dedicated to hydrogen production. Safety is built in with cross-polarity protection, intelligent overheat detection, automatic shutdown, and fuse protection—so you can focus on the job while the machine looks after itself.
🌬️ Cooling, Efficiency & Build Quality
Continuous performance depends on effective thermal management. The G7 is CAD-designed for maximum airflow across the hydrogen tank and key electronics. Always-on cooling fans move air through the chassis to maintain purity and output over long sessions. A lightweight, powder-coated steel frame sheds heat efficiently and resists workshop wear. Because the cells and electronics are highly efficient, overall power consumption stays low—ideal on mains power and essential with a mobile inverter.
🧪 The Electrolyte That Makes the Difference
To produce the purest hydrogen, the G7 uses our specially blended KoH crystal mix, developed over two years for consistent performance. Preparation is simple: dissolve the crystals in distilled water to make a one-litre electrolyte (the crystals dissolve instantly). One full tank typically supports around 150 carbon cleans, bringing the electrolyte cost to ≈ £0.07 per clean. Avoid tap water: dissolved minerals will foul the cells and limit hydrogen production over time.
💧 Why a Wet Cell System?
The G7’s wet cell architecture lets electrolyte flow freely around the plates, improving energy density, stabilising temperature, and reducing wear. Many dry cell systems trap electrolyte, run hotter, and demand more frequent strip-downs and cleaning. In daily use, the G7’s wet cells mean fewer interruptions, less maintenance, and longer deep-cycle life—confidence we back with a 24-month warranty.

Warm the engine to normal operating temperature.
-
Connect the hose securely to the air intake (loosen a cir-clip/band if needed).
-
Run the cycle for 30–60 minutes, depending on engine size and condition.
✅ Results You’ll Notice (at a glance)
-
Restored BHP and sharper throttle response.
-
Smoother running with reduced engine noise.
